However, due to the nature of our products and the high standards of hygiene and quality assurance we maintain, we do not offer any return or replacement once the order has been successfully placed and delivered.

1. No Return Policy

Once an item has been delivered, it is deemed final sale. We do not accept returns under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color mismatch (slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen display)

  • Style preferences after delivery

  • Delayed delivery due to logistics (we are not liable for courier company delays)


2. No Replacement Policy

We do not provide replacements for any products once they have been shipped and received, including:

  • Damaged during use

  • Worn or washed items

  • Misuse or neglect by the customer

  • Product care not followed as per instructions


3. Quality Assurance

Every item undergoes a strict quality check before dispatch. We ensure that your order is packed with utmost care and accuracy.

However, in the rare event that you receive a completely wrong product or the item is defective on arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with unboxing video proof and order details. Our team will assess the situation and respond accordingly.

Note: Unboxing video must be clear, uncut, and taken from the moment the parcel is opened.


4. No Cancellation After Dispatch

Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled under any condition.

  • All our products are final sale.

  • We do not exchange sizes or styles.

  • All disputes are subject to our discretion and must be accompanied by valid proof.
